Hi.its been 2 days of my meditation.i feel sleepy.and so many thoughts running during the meditaion.i try to control my thoughts.its good meditation.but i am not able to open my akashik records yet. I will keep doing this untill get my answers. Thank you for this meditation 😊😊❤

The light told me just communicate every thing i feel openly and honestly, with no fear, with no wish to control and with letting all go, and again with no fear....then she said without i do any arrangement things will shift all by themselves, she said just be so much of yourself, just be yourself so vulnarable as you are and watch things shift she said❤❤❤❤❤❤❤

I use this once a week to visit with my beautiful husband and I feel so close to him! I cry every time and we talk and hug and even dance together 🥲❤

I understand trying to relax but it's too long with the breathing and I always fall asleep, not knowing anything about my past life session.

I just had the most beautiful experience. 😢 I saw myself back in my childhood forest. I remembered there was a secret path I had found when I was little and decided to find it and go down it. I saw the clearing, like a circle of light. I sat down, and angels surrounded me. Then I noticed golden butterflies dancing around me. Then they started to lift me. I've never done this before. I'm also going through a spiritual awakening, so this all was mind-blowing! 😊

Why do I fall asleep through this mediation lol? Also I wanna know if anyone’s getting sensations like burning/hot tingly sensations throughout their body, what does this mean? Is this a good sign or what lol. Just not sure what to call this experience I’m experiencing.

Nice meditation but not a hypnosis meditation which is what I was looking for. I also found it a bit busy . Please label your meditations correctly as with meditation you need to step the person down so there mind drips down brain waves wise not just relax the body and this just wasn’t working for me as I really needed a hypnosis meditation today.

I saw that I was 14 years old and I had red shoes and a gray dress like this and I mainly saw a floor made up of big gray stones, I felt that it was in 1930, I saw in a vision that I was walking down the street in an old and central city in Great Britain or England, I'm not sure, I saw someone on the street that stood out to me more than the rest, he was tall and thin He has very serious eyes in hypnosis they said to move forward a few years later and I was 30 years old and I was together married to the guy I saw at the age of 14, probably in 1930 we got married early maybe it was a time when you get married earlier, I arrived at my house that I saw in a vision, it was an old country house, I saw The family I had I felt that they looked at me coldly and I felt that they didn't really love me but they didn't hate me, the egg was old and there was no light in it, there was a little light every now and then that we turned on an electric light but we didn't turn it on all the time, it was probably more expensive and we weren't rich but We weren't poor either, we were in the middle. They called me "hagata" that's the name that came to my mind several times, it's amazing because my name is "hadar" and after I told this to my mother she was shocked because she told me that a few minutes before I was born she prayed to God to tell me what name to call me and she opened the The psalms on the page are exactly on the word "hadar" (hadar), so it's amazing because it's really similar to my current name. Then I checked on the internet and saw that "hagata" is a common and popular name for girls in 1930 in Britain and that its meaning is "good girl" It gave me chills because it was a name that was common in 1930 and also because it removed any doubt from me whether my family loved me or not, because I went out From the meditation I knew they didn't hate me but I wasn't sure if they really loved me, after I found out that the name "hagata" means "good girl" then everything became clearer to me, parents wouldn't call their daughter "good girl" if they didn't They were expecting a baby girl, I saw in a vision that I felt that they didn't treat me and didn't give me attention, and I felt that they didn't hate me but I felt their coldness towards me, and after I found out that the meaning of the name "hagata" it means "good girl" then I realized that they did care about me and that they They didn't treat me because they worked all day and I was the only girl in the family and I had brothers who didn't treat me that much either because they worked But they always told me that if I needed help with something then I could contact them and they would help me, I never worked at all my whole life because my family didn't pressure me and they let me be their quiet little girl all my life, I clearly felt that my mother didn't treat me and the other siblings Because she only worked but she did care about him and I had a strong feeling from her that she "does what it takes to be a good mother" meaning making sure we have food and shelter, I saw her folding laundry I don't know if she was a housewife but I really felt that she worked at things As for the laundry and the clothes, I know she worked on it, I saw the father as a responsible father and he is also nice, they were both nice, I saw the father in a carriage with another guy and I knew it was his work colleague that they left town every morning in a carriage to work in agriculture but I also knew and saw him that he was going In the city, I'm not sure if he was a businessman or if he worked in agriculture outside the city. I died of old age at 50 or 70 I'm not sure but yes my life felt gray and boring but my family always protected me and I loved my boyfriend very much we met at 14 it was amazing I looked the same only I was thinner and lighter because in the UK where I lived or it was In England there wasn't much sun every day and it was always cool weather, I would look with the same face as I have now only thinner and lighter, I was physically weak and delicate and small like now, I didn't work at all I was the little girl of the family the only daughter in the family, I was like The princess of the family, I clearly saw my red shoes and the pavement made of big gray stones I saw people walking on the road because there were many carriages and few cars and they all walked on the road, the road was made of the pavement made of big gray stones, it was amazing because they all walked on the road and that Something that doesn't exist today, those who don't believe, I don't care if they don't believe, I felt that it was my soul, I felt all the emotions of this girl, I felt that it was me, I felt the energy that I experienced all my life, I felt that my soul was her soul, I felt In myself that it was me and my soul is sure that we were her. It's really important to write it straight out of meditation because really the memories and details and feelings that I felt fade away as time goes by It was probably a time when many people worked all day from morning until evening, because I clearly remember that they worked from morning and came back late in the evening, they were not sad, they were committed to work and they were responsible and it was fine for them that they worked all day. But I didn't get enough attention from them, but they cared about me and they protected me and gave me a roof over my head and food all my life, like I said I had a very good husband who I loved, he was loyal and serious, he also worked but came back relatively early, I mean I felt that he was He gave me attention I felt yes I felt that we were together and we spent time together and that we paid attention to each other.

I don't know how you do it, but I'm not able to imagine it fully.

There is this man who was a rapper in the late 80s to mid 90s. He died in 95. Won't say who he is because folks will think I'm nuts. But i seem to have a lot in common with him. Same styles in clothing,well similar because I'm a girl. Fingerless gloves, flannel shirts etc. I love shades and he did too. Wore them all the time. Love the same foods he did. He would eat a lot of different things at one and i am the same. I sound a LOT like him when i talk. He was very charismatic, funny, a jokester, yet quiet and detached at times...so am i. He was very stone faced alot of the time, so am I. He was a prankster and loved to mess with people, guess what? Me too. He even kind of looked like me and our scowls matched to a TEE. And once when i was a kid my dad mentioned who he was and that he had died and mind you i had never heard his name up until then, or even seen him before, but it flashed in my mind all of a sudden what he looked like...is that crazy or what? Plus i could be in a rotten mood but once i hear his music or see anything regarding him I feel at peace again.. and as i shut my eyes and listen to this, i feel strong vibes of this man. Like seriously no joke. So do you all think that could be reincarnation or am i bat shit crazy?

Has anyone seen themselves as a plant? I have to admit that it was the most peaceful and relaxing life. Apart from the plants, I didn't see much. Maybe just an insect. And I don't know what lived in the water below me. I was in a kind of swamp, full of plants. I think I went too far back in time!

I've been following your channel for almost a month now. I really appreciate your work and all the meditations that I've done until now are wonderful. There is something strange about this one I don't understand. While I was with my spirit guide, I felt something grabbing on my left foot. I wasn't wearing my socks. I got scared and "returned to the planet Earth" immediately. But didn't open my eyes. Then, when I calmed down I decided to go up where my spirit guide was waiting for me. I sat there, near him. Everything was perfect, I was relaxed...until you spoke out of nowere and I got really scared. I had to interrupt this video. And this was my first time with an astral travel. Maybe it happened because I have no notion about it and I'm not prepared.
